Adult Bible Classes

For the first 6 weeks, we're excited to be offering a very relevant class to what's happening in our world today: A Christian Perspective of Islam. Pastor Joe himself will kick it off, sharing with us his exposure to Islam, growing up in Singapore, a multi-ethnic and multi-religious society. Then we will be blessed to welcome guest speaker, Patrick Zukeran, co-founder and president of Evidence and Answers, a ministry specializing in Christian apologetics. He is also an author and radio show host. If you want to have a better understanding of Islam and figure out just how compatible (or not) Islam is with Christianity, and want to be able to communicate with understanding with any Muslims you may meet, this is the class for you!

For those of you who are relatively new to the faith and want to grow, we have our New Life Class taught by our own Frankie McCurley. We'll be talking about foundations of our faith, learning more about our church, LCC, as well as the greater denomination that we are a part of: The Christian and Missionary Alliance. During this class, we hope to move new believers toward the important steps of water baptism, church membership, and finding your place to serve in the body of Christ. Whether you are a brand new believer, or somewhere along that path we just mentioned, this class is for you!
